Because all of our customers are important, our professional staff is dedicated to making your experience a pleasant one. We prefer the personal touch so when ever time allows please give us a call to discuss the floral arrangement you have chosen to ensure we are able to have the flowers or make any substutions if needed with you approval. Remember any arrangement you choose can be changed in color or add/remove any flowers of your choice. You may like the design but not the colors you prefer. We will design what you have in mind. We are here to take your calls by 7AM weekdays and by 9AM on weekends. We are proud to be a remarkable florist in this area. Our shop is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. We are here however most everyday by 7a.m so please feel free to call earlier if you like and again most often available after 5 p.m. as well.

We are closed on Sundays, but we are can deliver Funeral work upon prior appointments.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. This will also insure we have the flowers available you have chosen. We recieve daily deliveries from our wholesaler so your flowers will be fresh and long lasting.

Our shop serves the following areas in West Virginia: Anmoore, Bridgeport, Clarksburg, Lost Creek, Mount Clare, Nutter Fort, Salem, Shinnston,West Milford,Nutterfort,Stonewood and many places in between. Also are delighted to serve our area Hospitals, United Hospital Center (UHC) and The Veterans Administration (VA) as well as putting a smile on those lonely faces at any of the Nursing Homes or Private Care Facilities. U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time may have to be delivered the following day. This website will not allow orders past that time. Again give us a call we are very likely still able to take care of that order the same day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. Again it is best to call if you can. Our website can only do so much and can not evaluate our schedule daily. We can and will try to fulfull any request you have. I can not stress enough please call as early as you can for those deliveries needed for a specific time or unusual flowers not native to our area such as tropical flowers.

Daily Deliveries are made to all of our local Hospitals. This website will charge a delivery fee for this but if you mention our website during your call to us we are sometimes able wave that delivery fee if it is within our delivery scheduled. Morning and early afternoon deliveries are scheduled and you will likely be able to get your delivery there free of charge when calling. We are contracted to fill the Gift Shop Flower Cooler daily at the United Hospital Center which allows us to get your orders there free of charge if we are going anyway. We really do try to cut your cost in any way we can.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays unless they are Funeral Home deliveries and the order is placed on Saturday. But again please refer to our contact numbers for those emergency situations. We will try to help. Your choice of flowers may not be available as our last delivery from our wholesalers are made on Saturday at 10 a.m.  We will be able to delivery something nice (Designers Choice) or very likely what you want or very similar.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed unless placed ahead of time to verify we do go to that area. We do not want to disappoint you at the very last minute. Please have phone numbers available, this is very helpful in locating the reciepient and all available cemetary lot numbers and locations that are available to you. It is very hard to find a loved one's grave under a foot of snow so please understand we will make those grave deliveries when weather permits. Our website does not display Cemetary arrangements such a grave blankets but we do carry them yearly and will be glad to place them for you.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. Yet again calling us is a great policy. We would rather you know of and agree to any substutions.
